Dark grey- crease
Dark grey and blue - above grey on crease, just kept mixing them until I got the color I wanted.
Dark grey- lower lashline
Black- upper lashline, waterline, lower lashline, all corner to corner
Mascara
Cheeks- light pink
Lips - red, stitches of you'd like
