I think these poses actually worked. I'm not an insomniac though, so it could have been because I was just tired anyways. They were a nice way of winding down and I did feel like I could sleep while doing the poses.

I never noticed my morning being anymore energized than it already is with these stretches. I did notice that I was just achy while doing them and the first days it hurt doing the stretches. This could have been from exercises from the day before. A few days later I stretched really big like a just waking up stretch and doing that with these moves felt much better.
