It looks amazing right? Well the top was delicious.
I'm not really a fan of pie, but figured this isn't you're regular pie, but it still wasn't my favorite. I substituted the strawberries for cherries because that's what's usually on a banana split and it's the winter. It was VERY messy. Everything was sliding off, especially after I put the hot fudge on. Then I put in the freezer, which helped with the melting, but the ice cream was too frozen. I think maybe there was too much ice cream. I had to add more hot fudge and whipped cream.
Difficulty: medium (trying to keep everything inside the plate)
Taste: cherries, whipped cream, and hot fudge was really good. ice cream was too frozen
