My arms don't really look different, but they do feel different. When I flex I can definitely feel some hard muscle! So I would say that this works and my arms will probably look even better if I keep doing it.
I used about 3 pound weights, so as I keep doing it I'll probably switch to a heavier weight. The first few days 8 and 10 reps were enough, but as I kept doing it my arms did become stronger and I was able to get up to 15 reps.
