Inspired by this look.
I apologize every time I do a pastel look, it never comes out very pigmented. My camera also may not be picking up the colors very well.
Instructions:
White-lower lid
Pale pink- inner lower lid
Pale blue- next to pink
Dark purple- outer lower lid
Blue- edge of outer lower lid
Blend purple and blue up to outer crease
Sea green- outer lower lashline
Turquoise- inner lower lashline
Mascara
Lips- pink and I added a dab of purple in the middle
