I work and I go to school, so I'm always waking up early. I wanted to find out what I could do to keep myself awake in class.
Here are my notes:
Face cleanser - woke
me up for during and a few minutes after to get ready, but as soon as I got in
the car and on my way , I was tired again.
Day 2 - face
cleanser did not wake me up, wasn't even really feeling the tingling
All they do is get
me all wet
Open blinds so sun
wakes me up - I woke up before my alarm went off. The sun did wake me up, but I
wasn't mad that it did because it was actually nice waking up to sun. It is a
Friday so I did stay in bed a little more though because I had nowhere to go.
So should probably try it again
Day 2-It woke me up
an hour before my alarm was supposed to go off, maybe I should try slanting the
blinds, so its not full force
Day 3 - slanted
blinds still woke up an hour early, once again stayed in bed because I had
nowhere to go, need to do this on a week day
After multiple days
I do wake a little early, but I'm able to go back to sleep
Pick a time and wake
up at that time every day - it's Friday but still had alarm set for 8
Saturday woke at 8
Sunday woke at 8 but
did not get out of bed
I pretty much wake up the same time everyday, except for a few days at 7. I don't feel any different.
Glass of water -
nope
Light jogging -
helped a bit, made me feel a bit more awake
Cold shower - start
with warm and start getting colder - taking a shower can wake me a little bit,
but cold shower wasn't any more special
Protein for
breakfast - is delicious. It did help actually having a meal instead of grabbing a little breakfast bar.
The Results:
Light jogging and exercising helps wake my body up. I'd like to wake up and actually do an exercise routine, but am way to lazy in the morning. Protein for breakfast helped wake my mind up.
